    My name is Prasanna . I own a small business facility in Anderson, which has Gas station & Convenience store and Mexican restaurant. I also have a commercial property next to it, its a older house approximately 3800 sq ft including main and basement area and ii approximate 1 acre lot.

    Its a upscale neighborhood and have pretty impressive number for existing Mexican restaurant. With in the premise we have approximately 1500 to 1600 foot count with in the premise and ~ 10000 car count on the street.

    I don’t have restaurant experience but I am interested in converting this property to sports bar & restaurant and would like to discuss possible options and engage with you as a restaurant consultant to setup this operation.

    I would appreciate if you can let me know if you would be interested in extending consultant services for my project
